Modern apartment design in description

Assuming you would like a blog discussing modern apartment design, There is an increasing trend of people wanting to live in modern apartments. This is for a variety of reasons such as the rise of city living and the need for smaller, more efficient living spaces.

Whatever the reason, modern apartment design is becoming more and more popular. One thing that is important to remember with modern apartment design is that less is more. This is a style that is all about clean lines and minimalism.

This doesn’t mean that your apartment has to be stark and boring, however. You can still add your own personal touch to the space and make it your own.

Text description provided by the architects. In every sense, Paulista means living at her highest point in one of Latin America’s most important cities.

Part of São Paulo’s stunning iconic landscape, the bustling boulevard showcases a modern, globalized lifestyle alongside both commercial and residential buildings. Below, the large windows of the Edificio Paulisea offer an amazing view of everyday life.

The change in perspective of Avenue from his first floor of the apartment to his second floor allows for a unique visual experience but is by no means the strongest concept of this project of the Apartment design interior.

Conceived by its owner, the architect Ricardo Abreu explores the modern character of the building.

In contrast to the monochromatic and dense landscape, the apartment surprises by framing the view of the boulevard with a wide variety of vegetation that makes up the design.

It focuses on the emergence of over 50 different plant species, including ferns, philodendrons, figs and succulents Green, the predominant colour, not only covers the walls, but also some fabrics, curtains and furniture.

Throughout the 165m2 of the apartment, the style blend of different artistic movements compounds the project.

The neoclassic elements, geometric paintings and contemporary artwork combines different historical layers as an analogy to the history of the city.

The Boiseries are blended into the apparent pipelines along the ceiling and the walls. The apartment was also designed to be the architect’s office.

The other rooms are highlighted with geometric wall paintings in strong colours, emphasizing the artwork.

Other contemporary works include Felipe Protti’s Center Chair, Bruno Meirelles’ Aga II Sofa, and Leonardo Lattavo and Pedromoog’s Pantoche His Chair.

A large folding screen in the living room consists of a gilded metal structure and bronze mirrors that wrap around the piano next to the vegetation.

Artwork includes a sculptural plant by artist Ricardo Teixeira and a print Espaso 4a Dimentan by Japanese artist Yutaka Toyoda.

Oil on canvas by Antonio Brasileiro, Fantasia Sertaneja by architect and artist Jurassie Drea, and image by photographer Marcelo Magnani.
